I have experienced this, new crop of IT coolies are very savvy .... wage levels need to adjust acc to experience level... if you are compromising your $, you are essentially low balling ur skills/degree/capability - which is very bad for the overall mkt. PG chesi BTech equiv $ teeskunte you are insulting ur degree, and also screwing the system a bit.. I do realise i am underpaid as well, cos ppl who report to me get paid better.
