No. from HELOC at prime which is 3.2% now. it was 2.7% until couple of months ago. dividend on ENB is almost 5%, so there is an arbitrage. of course you are taking the risk on capital. unless you are forced to sell, can wait as long as the dividend is safe. my average was high 40's in CAD. now the stock is 52.25; I am guessing it will go to $55-$56 range before it start getting into strong resistance. I will sell the remaining 3k shares that I bought on leverage around $55 Ignorance is bliss |
