Krishna bro, I have never worked on contract basis, but worked for a firm ( not relevant to the topic ) that had bonded agreement. When I found a better job I paid them the bond amount. It's always better to be on good terms with employers even if you know that "you always have done the right thing". I would strongly suggest against "attorney consultation" considering the following > When someone enters into an agreement with you "to make you pay penalty during departure", they are mostly small firms that can't handle losses, So it's reasonable to pay penalty if you have really signed the agreement while joining. If they are profit making gaint firms ( what they r doing may be wrong ), but it's of no use to fight against them ( they usually win as they could influence attorneys and sometimes their influence may expand to the horizons far beyond your imagination ). You are better off to spend your efforts and energy in your new job. > You should always choose an employer that treats you rationally. If you found that better option with your new employer, it's good to leave the old one ( on good terms ). I dont wear spects, only wear contact lens(&goggles sometimes). Only code lang that i know are > c,c++,java,c# & scrpt lang.
