Bro .. I have seen people adopting this process in a week . Suppose you are used to eating with hand and once in 3 hours , and suddenly you are asked to eat with a spoon every 30 minutes small portions , sit on a table etc etc new process .... would u take 6 months to learn this new way of eating ? . Same way what matters is ur core skills and how u get food to your mouth ... etc  |
