Bro , any bit to Bangalore Highway in and around 15km ATP is 3.5 crores per acre . If you go into Mandal's and 3rd tier towns standard rate is 6-7 Lakhs per acre . If it is to the tar road its around 10Lakhs. Bear in mind there is not much water , however with all the irrigations projects of CBN seeing light there is always a chance for ground water tables getting better . Also very good lands for horticulture , solar and wind farms.
