alaa aim cheyyaali kaani, its not possible in most of the cases...oka salary lo mortgage and monthly expenses anni cover avvali ante u need to downsize a lot in your home/mortgage...best example, naa cousin vaalla family both of them work...kaani 250k lo townhouse theesukunnaadu so they can cover mortgage and monthly expenses in one salary...I was against townhouse, so I went with single family costing around 375k..oka salary lo cover avvavu anni, we have to take out money from other salary too...appudappudu anipisthundi, I should also have taken a town home ani... if u cannot cover everything in one salary then u need to have an emergency fund to cover mortgage upto 12 months....then u should be fine... |
