Started yesterday after lunch from chicago to Home Reached home around 3am in the morning.. Scranton to LA - 3700 Miles LA to Scranton - 2720 Miles Total Miles - 6420 Miles Consumed around 230 Gallons of Gas, had to get gas for about 15 times - so spent about 800$ on gas, 100$ or so on Tolls Played around 1512 songs in the car's audio system by the time i reached home...Kicked off with 1st song when leaving from home, checked the number of songs i have listened to...mix of Telugu, Hindi, English songs... 300$ on Motels 500$ on Food 200$ on Drinks Met about 100 People who are family & friends in the whole trip Meeting them & spending time with them is such a pleasure...priceless Gifts - 2000$ Driving through coast to coast is totally a memorable experience..although it would have been better with another spare driver at times.... Total expenses - 1900 $ without gifts.. Couldn't buy Souvenirs from all the states covered...bought only a few.. thatz ok.. Going 2 India tomorrow, Vacation approved for 5 weeks, still have about 15 weeks or so which are banked... India...here i come... Naa Maata, Nene Vinanu |
