was that i need 1099 to show tax amount and i fill that. W2 ante amount paid by the firm to me. Yes they would give W2, but not 1099.




1099: The company will pay you full money as an independent contractor and they dont deduct any payroll taxes . It is your responsibility to file quarterly taxes to the govt and send them the estimated tax payments.

W2:company will deduct taxes and send that money to the IRS and they will communicate that information through W2.

Unless you have your own home office and want to deduct interent, water,electricity and office expenses, there is no use of goign for 1099.Just take w2 and easy to file your taxes at the year end.
