Kubang:I will give you an example. one of our friends took back Vitamix after using for 5 years (it has a 7 year warranty). issue is only a small chip in one of the blades in a jar. no receipt, no original box nothing. they looked up in the history, no questions asked and gave full refund. these guys bought a new vitamix at the same store right away. show me one entity that would offer that kind of service
