submitted my resignation yesterday evening after working for 10 years in the current company...lot of mixed feelings  not able to concentrate on anything since yesterday...too much heart ki theesukuntunnaa, practicalgaa undaali ani thelusu...but finding tough to adjust to the new practical world... Sad bcos - worked for so many years and have to separate - moving out for wrong reasons...move is not for a career betterment/salary hike, I was always happy with what I had...but literally Company is forcing out senior people/taking stance against H1/GC due to Govt rules or whatever that created panic in people like me who are choosing to leave before they let us go.. Worried bcos - of all Visa mess ,H1 transfer, restart GC process - Leaving the project just before Go Live...getting tired trying to complete as much as possible before I leave, edo self satisfaction kosam, not sleeping even 4-5 hrs for past 2-3 days.. - future employer is forcing me to join in 2 weeks, current employer is asking me to stay back for more time to finish all activities, so mental torture, i have to accept new employer's demands and have to leave here on a bad note - lot of paperwork to be completed for getting relieved, insurance transfer, experience letters thokka tholu oka pedda list undi Afraid bcos - Going to new technologies, big learning curve, first oka six months sukkal kanapadathaai  |
