we have to think in terms of overall return in any given year. as long as we can beat the overall market by few percentage points, we should be happy. that's why I strictly sell 50% of the options at 50% gain and 25% at 100% gain and let the remaining run its course unless the subscription guy tells me otherwise. sometimes you lose upside with my model but at least capital is preserved right?
