only fruits nuts 1 whole egg

dinner

4 idli to 3 idli (or) 3 dosas to 2 dosas (or) 2/3 chapathis to 1 chapathi

and
1/2 glass milk


last time idi follow ayi 9-10 lbs thagga...last few months lo a 10 lbs cover ayipoyindi..
