Coach, Manager in cricket can only help in the preparation and selection. I think both of them maybe in a subtle way did not understand their roles completely and either over stepped their role or had issues with the other person's functioning. To me if Kumble gave suggestions during breaks or pre/post match there is nothing wrong and Kohli should take that positively. It is Kumble's role to oversee that. But if Kumble was adamant about team selection or on field decisions then he is wrong. Be Positive!
