Costco will be here to stay. It will be very hard for amazon to compete with Costco in terms of customer satisfaction. Did you ever try to return something you bought on amazon?

In my 20 years experience in North America, there is no one come even close to Costco when it comes to customer service.

i agree on costco customo service....but amazon kooda baane untadi customer service...i never tried on big ticket purchases....
costco might get the pinch on cereals, all edibles from now on ani naa idi....
