Ntr_rocks:hard water kante chemicals more dangerous... Hard water valla mainly 2 disadvantages for health - hair fall and decrease in metabolism. Appliances and faucets which is just money. Chemicals causes cancer - Hot water tho bath cheste pores open avutayi and chemicals will spread into skin. Am not sure why you only care abt drinking water. Facewash chesukunna, Roju 2 times brush chesukunna you will get lot of chemicals into ur body. Gums will turn black and US lo most of the Mouth and Gum cancers are bcoz of chemicals in water... Research mouth and gum cancers...

I don't know what do you mean by chemicals? Is the municipal water not the treated one? is it coming with all the kinds of chemicals you are talking about? if so, I am withdrawing my statmentes below.
