saute, all masala dinusulu. have mutton marinated before hand(i marinate with salt, karam, allam vellulli, lemon juice, koncham garam masala), cut onions and brown them in oil, brown ayyaka, half teesi pakkana pettukondi, marinated mutton vesi very small amount of water and manual for 7 minutes and QR. put mutton in the first layer and nanapettina rice on the top and put brown onions on the top. 1:1.25 is the water ratio. 7 mins manual and QR. chicken biryani same recipe, but cook chicken for manual 4mins. I made palak chicken biryani, palakura mixer lo vesi, water badulu aa juice :D |
