Respectfully disagree with this statement. Again, it is a use case based sentiment. Some use cases Mac is better. Others Surface is better.

Overall, Mac OS feels completely dated compared to Windows 10.

However, FCPX and iMovie - There's nothing comparable at all on the Windows side.
