Govt cylinder ki deposit pay chestundi (Rs. 1600), and customer has to pay about 2000 for stove, cylinder etc. Scheme central govt di (Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana) ayinaa implementation was rapidly done my AP. 2019 is all India target when launched last May(?) by Modi. Also PMUY is a different avatar for schemes from 1999.
