oka 3bhk flat entha paduddi...decent one?

any idea on them? how will the rents be & how the rates will appreciate

Marathahalli lanti areas lo..Which is like kukatpally...2 bhk 14k -16k untadhi rent ..3 bhk ante 18k-22k..

Adhe aecs layout laanti posh areas lo...17k -22k per 2 bhk untadhi...No idea about 3 bhk

Inka house cost vacchi 2 bhk ante minimum 55 lakhs ...80 lakhs with full fledged amenities like swimming pool, play area etc...
