My neighbor in the apartment ( Hyderabad ) has around 2 to 3 trained dogs that are really frightening and scary at times. He always keeps one of them in the parking lot. He claims that they are for security but ignores the fact that they are really intimidating towards neighbors. I double-checked with my brother and he's on the same page as me. Complained couple of times to the owner but he wants me to get acclimatized to the dogs and ignores my plight. He's even offensive during couple of conversations. What can i do with "such frustrating experience & rowdy behavior" of the neighbor? Why can't people understand the priorities of others before forcing their interests( I can never be comfortable with trained & bull dogs considering bad experiences in the past )? I had similar experience in USA recently and moved out of the premises (Rental). I can't do the same here, as it's my own flat. He's a tenant. Mee valuable suggestions emayina vuntey pettandi. I dont wear spects, only wear contact lens(&goggles sometimes). Only code lang that i know are > c,c++,java,c# & scrpt lang. |
