Sasibob...follow your stomach Eat only when u feel like u r really hungry n always eat only 60% of what u feel like eating.. Eat 3-4 times.. But in limited quantities...n eat healthy.. Substitute 1 total serving with fresh fuits n another with dry fruits n nuts. Stay away from butter, cheese n sweets. U will see results |
