I am a victim of Migraine too... Got it around 2010's - But I m over it avoiding the trigger

For me the trigger is having less sleep (Courtesy of Federer matches - used to watch every match of his on the circuit day/night in day/night out)

- should sleep min of 7 hours

For me I used to have obvious signs well before the migraine hits me. The sign for me is I get a blurry vision, then I would know that Migraine will hit me in the next 30-60 mins

Severe headache that will for last until I vomit really bad - Used to feel better after vomiting

Once I figured out my trigger, I started to have good sleep and migraine has just gone by itself - Now occasionally even if I have a day with less sleep, I am quite okay the next day.

My personal experience says that if you can avoid the trigger factor for several months, it might just go away by itself
