Hyd is still affordable. Rents avi decent gane vuntayi (less compared to Banglore, much higher than vjy/Gnt). Appreciation VJy/Gnt antha vundakapovacchu. But it all depends on how they can bring new companies to the CRDA. may be vjy/gnt hugh risk, but growth kooda alane vundocchu...
