Onlymovies:

Nenu weight loss ki follow ayyindi.

1. eat one wrist size of rice per meal and rest vegitables/fruits

2. one serving per meal.

3. Walk 30 mins per day for atleast 4 times a week

Just following these steps I lost around 20 lb in 2.5 months, Sep 13th 218 to Jan 1st 197.

Then started Gym.

now at 164, and counting
