hemanth, chicken marinated with biryani masala(regular) then dip all the chicken pieces individually into Mango Juice(fresh Indian Mangoes ninchi squeezed) later, place all that in the satti along with half cooked rice n mix it n place it the oven... mango juice antha dried up, whole rice n chicken ki mango flavour ochindi...kinda of tangy...but I liked it... |
