not about market timing perspective, it would be a zero sum game because I have to sell my existing house too. I am struggling between 2 ideas; one is buy a half acre lot and pay it off in next 2 years. Build the house in the third year, that will line up with my second kid's schooling. Sell the existing house close to the finish of new home. The other idea is to just look for a better house this year. Pros and cons in both ideas, will figure out in next few weeks Ignorance is bliss |
