Author Message   Kubang Celebrity Bewarse Username: Kubang Post Number: 33973 Registered: 09-2011 Posted From: 161.141.1.1 Rating: N/A Votes: 0 Posted on Tuesday, May 02, 2017 - 3:45 pm:    Gotcha: I am looking in Saskatchewan (it's a province in Canada) where farm land is cheap. of course rental income from that farm land is also low. however, they have a restriction that non canadians would not be able to buy farmland. that kept the prices artificially low. once they lift (again very long term view), the prices will go up quite a bit. that province has lot of good farming land and they grow all kinds of pulses and grains; their biggest exporting destination - India. there you can get a decent quality quarter section (160 acres) for $300k range.
