Detroit lo my friend owns 4 condos and he rented all of them. He bought it during recession for 60K each, now he is getting 1200$ rent per month. with condo fees and other expenses, he is making good money, But he complains lot of maintenance keep coming and needs to be addressed. He gave to rental agency and they charge some money.. But on flip side he had bad experiences too with renters defaulting, not paying rent, and lost some money. Giving to right persons is key..
