Producer will sell rights to audio companies, They will have rights. Not producer..

Ilayaraja got right for 90% of the movies thru his company, That was part of the deal he had.

ARR also does the same thing. He charges and also pakkoorlo info prakaram, SPB pays royalty to ARR..

Basically any commercial usage of songs are bound to pay..

If SPB pays royalty to one and he should pay to the other mainly when this issues is going on in court also.
