the biggest of all Polavaram, which is the life line of AP now... with re-org bill it became a central project, so center has bear a very big portion of the cost. but no where in the bill was there a mention of the time line. So nothing can be done if central govt allocates 100cr every year. The project will never get completed. The costs escalates by few thousand crore for every year of delay. Almost all the central govt projects like these have been going on for years.. no one knows when they will be completed. |
