Let's start our fitness thread back again

I lost around 30 pounds but put it again due a major personal loss- I want to start my fitness goals again

Let's keep the thread clean and green

Put your fitness activity, calories burned , nutritious food eaten

Every day 60 minutes is the goal - even brisk walking counts - during work day after work too

Goal is add one good habit and subtract a bad habit

Cut down sugar salt oil and caffeine
Cut down any processed food 🥘 slowly
Add green juice and green tea
Cut down anything white
Add vegetables
Add fruits in low glycemic index
