I am talking about interest that we pay every month will that be same or not.

Interest you pay every month also will be more in the starting...Amortization schedule ani untundhi choodu, they will give you out of your monthly payment, how much money goes for interest and how much goes for Principal...usualgaa longer terms theesukunte, initially 70-80% of the money is plugged towards the interest componenent...madhya madhyalo thvaragaa kadathaa antunnaav kaabatti, its even more tricky...bcos whenever u pay more, interest is calculated on the remaining principal...go with your decision of taking a longer term and paying early as and when you have money...most of the people take this approach..

but I always prefer a forced payment approach...thakkuva term theeskunte chachinattu monthly ekkuva kattaali,so kadathaam...extra money chethilo unte edho oka gadget meedha thagalabedathaa nenu...anduke vacche salary anthaa edho oka daantlo thosing, 401k, educational fund(529 plan), Employee stock option etc...in hand thakkuva vasthundi...
