All of these three are the best options and they all charge around $25/month for Cellular based monitoring service with Interactive option (meaning you will get a mobile app). Only downside with Simplysafe is their systems are proprietary and you can not use them if you want to move to some other service provider. Both Alarmrelay and Geoarm systems are gereric systems like GE, Honeywell etc... Warrior
