Company provided insurance is not best option as you cannot take it along with you when you leave the company. You can port it but you have to go thru all the medical checkups as if you are getting new insurance. Best option is to participate in company insurance but have a term life insurance for 20/25/30 years term outside thru insurance company with excellent ratings. get it now when you are healthy as the premiums will be super cheap. |
