if they are strong enough, they can do it. That is the law of nature. Just to give a logical explanation, they were not thrown out of the country, They voluntarily left for better opportunities as baited by British. They were lucky. Burmese Indians also did the same. But they were unlucky. Indians also went to Fiji and Mauritius to work as labourers and they were successful. |
