i feel little uneasy with the GRE topic. i spent lot of effort on that, and did not do my masters

same here. got admissions at two good universities, one with some tuition break and still didn't get visa those days. I have tried only once though. in my class of 40 only two got in the first try and three more got it second time. I did masters almost 20 years later..
