Most of the clients not managing vendors these days. They are bringing VMS(vendor management system) to manage their vendors. Companies like adecco, teksystems, tapfin/manpower into this vms business. They charge any where from 1.5 to 3% fee. In your case, is teksystems is the Vendor or VMS? Warrior |
