Its ironic.. but the ongoing price action of Oil seems to be more driven by the Shale-Crude price wars rather than the actual price dynamics. US is thigh slapping with Shale production - which - analysts claim is at loss making stage,with cheap unsustainable levels. Other hand, Crude team ( mainly saudi,iran) are ready to compromise the price - to get a better market share. So lets see who gives up first.

For now, this artifical war is regulating the price, and i believe with the kind of capacity MiddleEast folks have, they wont back down on supply easily. Hence, i agree with your analysis FireFox, but this artificial reasons make me bearish on Oil, for next week. Chooddam.
