and my ammendemnt is on process, apply chesanu inituial stage lo undi .. does that affect if i travel out of country ??



oh...amendment process lo unte u cannot go out of country...already amendment apply chesaav kaabatti u will get a new I-94 along with it...either way I would recommend get your amendment upgraded to Premium processing...as of now its taking around 8 months to get Amendment/H1 extension approved...
