ippude oka friend phone chesadu. vaalla cousin's (recently retired IAS officer) husband (59 years old & lawyer) 10 days ago around panjagutta area parked the car and went for errands. when he came back, four guys were blocking the way out I believe. somehow they got into argument, they were drunk and beat him up badly. it's around 8.30 PM and not a single person intervened it seems. after they beat him up, somehow he drove to panjagutta police station to complain. police took him to Yashoda for treatment, his situation got worse and was put on ventilator and never came back.
