Friend sister valla FIL last week passed away. Her husband left immediately but she couldn't leave because her second kid had us passport expired and they applied for new one. Now they got the new one but the old one with OCI sticker still yet to get to their hands as us travel docs sends them separately. Now she had to travel by tomorrow so the only way to go to India is to go to Consulate get the oci stamped on new passport by availing emergency service open on the weekend.
