Musicfan:Did you apply for SSN that time? Once apply cheste adi vache untundi, check for status calling them. I dont think there is a website to check.
2. If you are planning to come on H1 by yourself, you can always come here since she has time until Sept 30th, you can easily get H1 by then. Sicne you have H4 you can easily stay here until then. You wont come under cap, so its change of status for you.
3. If you are not decided, then don't hold up kids for that. pay for first term Kids are utmost priority. Their school here starts in September, there is nothing much they can do until then. Oka term complete cheskoni ravochu,, By that time you can get H1 too.
School will be particular about fees.. Talk and get one week time if possible.

SSN apply chesanu and after 3 weeks malli visit kooda chesanu. but did not get during that tenure.
If I travel on H4 now, once I am there can I go for H1 transfer.. if it is feasible I am planning to travel.
if it is with respect to SSN, may think and continue the school for KIDS here temporarily.. |
