lets not mix up everything here, You are the one who are having problem for H4's getting EAD linking up with no talent and no knowledge, which is not right reason. Then You said F1 are always better than H4's which is not true.. Then you said H4's fake resumes, which is not just H4's even F1's fake, I gave you my own experience. Than you said H4 should get H1 instead of getting EAD, that's not true as a dependent when Spouse on H1 gets EAD, spouse automatically work. Also it doesn't mean every spouse will be QA, they can work their own choice, like teacher, art, science and so on.. So grouping all of them togather doesn't make sense.
