my juniors all are crying now....they feel very insecured because of this... ikkada problem entante employment kaadu...fakeness tho real talent undi worth unte fine, but 80% undadu...10 yrs house wife ki elaa untundi okka saaru alochinchandi... so, they start creating fake resume, fake exp, fake interview... let me tell u one live ex: long back...one house wife came to me askign to teach her testing....sare any oka 1 month chesaanu...then she wanted me help her interview...i was shocked...but no analeka ok ani attend ayya... interview lo hiring manager interview (90 min) antha ayyaka kottina dialogues: Please tell me if you are the real person and not fake interviewing for someone. There are other very talentend and highly exp candidates who applied for this position. You also seem to be very competitive and experienced that i would like to consider for next round of interview...but let me know if my assumption is wrong... nenu sincere ga cheppa..i am sorry i am not interested in this position...ani avidaki velli nenu interview baaga cheyyaledu anna... pls tell me did i do wrong or right? inkoka exp; oka lady she has been working in QA for 5 yrs...but nothing she knows that she was not able to crack her interview for almost 8 months...she came to me for help...she brought 100 interview questions...i gave her answers ...batti pattindi....for everything and copy paste in interview....5 yrs chesina aavida paristhithi idi ayithe inka house wives cheppandi.. i am not challening talent, everyone can be talented but the fake system and the misuse of this system by faking everything......} |
