yes...if he has some time remaining he can certainly do it...but after landing within 6 months he needs to finish both Labor and 140 processing for any further extension which is very close...still possible though...now a days PERM is coming back in 3-4 months and 140 can be filed in premium...kaani PERM ki Ad run sesudu ee kahaani antha mundey ayipoyi readygaa undaali PERM application...

can he start PERM processing back in India and approve ayyakano, leka approve avve stage lone ravachaa.. main point is can he paralle processing of PERM and H1 extension?
