Nutrition supplements and workouts lo

Naa major issues with workouts then nutrition and last supplements

Weight training lo biceps curls example tesukunte sometimes do 15 or 20 or 25 lbs with either 8 or 12 or 15 reps no consistency

Also very bad at doing leg weights

Biceps triceps shoulders chest are easy for me

Back and legs and abs really bad
dreams don't work unless you do
