Mainly to build muscle mass mama fat burning able to do by myself

Mainly not achieving results for weight/resistance training
Worried about form doing weights don't want new injuries doing in wrong postures
Not able to stick to routines and progression in increase of weight lifting
dreams don't work unless you do
