When brahma asked him the reason for his wiered appeaprance, he explains...in kaliyuga, i need to spread adharma by making every one greedy, interested in sex and adultery, and loosing their control over spiritual things.. then Brahma sends him to earth to fulfil his duties ...with one condition...Do not touch pious people...
