15 mins before breakfast ... 2 tea spoons Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in a glass of slight warm water Breakfast: Green Juice 1/2 bunch spinach, 1/2 bunch Corriander with Stem, 10 mint leaves, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1/2 inch ginger, 2 cloves garlic , 1 lemon juice - mix it in blender and have it Morning snack - 1 handful of nuts and 2 table spoons of seeds Lunch - salad , peppers, carrots, cucumber, lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, celery,coconut, broccoli, greens and spinach- use olive oil, Corriander powder, cumin powder lemon , coconut as seasoning Evening snack - Fruits Dinner - salad + a cup of chana or blackbeans or kidney beans or lentils pressure cook with turmeric and salt add lemon if required or slightly sauté them in pan with onions and pachimirchi Before bed snack - 1 banana with a cup of almond or coconut milk Sasibabu Fan of Chandra Babu and PK and Meditation
