Where as Kejriwala is pure administrator no political power experience. But Kerjriwala has long term chances but KCR will not have with his loose characteristics. Inka KCR how will he fail, he was everything pre defined and setup with lots of money in hands and everything developed already. All he has to do is not to ruin and the officials will take care of..
